David, Seriously, how bad is it where you are. I just heard on the weather channel that they are expecting another eruption soon. The whole thing is pretty scarry.
This is the nicest weather we've had in a long time. I look at the images showing the cloud over all of Germany..and then go outside and there is not a cloud in the sky! Absolutely beautiful! It's because the cloud is so thin and so high..which in turn makes it a danger to aircraft.
The sad part is all the people stranded over here in europe. The ones who flew somewhere for the weekend and can't get back home. They may have packed enough medicine for the weekend and are running out. I've heard of a couple similar instances. Something so simple can cause so much trouble.
