Me playing my new 18 inch frame drum

I like very much the rhythm, especially that of any beginning of the piece, how you make this sound ? we would say the bridge of an old wooden ship who creaks! It is great.
Show us a photo of your frame Drum.

That tempted me to play on your piece.


With my flute NAF in F, I a little modified the tone of your drum and I added of the reverb on your drum and the delay on my flute.

With my Shakuhachi in D, I kept your original tone and I added of the reverb on your drum, and just a little of delay on my Shaku.

Most of the sounds were made by me tapping or rubbing the side of the drum. The sounds like thunder were done by me hitting the side of the drum with the heel of my hand. It quite interesting the sounds you can make with this drum. I can get lost in the tones produced. The boat creaking at the beginning was my rubbing my thumb along the side of the drum. I don't have a picture yet but here is a pic from somewhere else.Mine is not goat skin but a true feel head.

The first song seems to blend better with the drums. I need to practice and get better. I have only had the drum for a few days.

I agree with you, the piece in the NAF gets better with your drum.
